FAQ
Delivery, warranty and returns.
Stock leaves the same day by Posti or Matkahuolto if the order is in before 15:00.
A part that has to be ordered usually takes about 1–2 weeks. Confirm the time, because an urgent part can sometimes be added to an incoming air shipment.
Air shipments leave about every 1–2 weeks. Customs usually takes one or two days. Larger sea shipments arrive about every 2–3 months. On heavy parts, such as pumps, sea freight saves cost. Chains and track groups are not flown because of the weight. Ask about them as a sea order.
We mainly supply genuine parts. Lower-priced Genuine FM parts can be quoted separately. OEM is the same part without the original logo and packaging. Aftermarket is an equivalent part from another maker.
New parts have a one-year warranty. The invoice is the warranty certificate. It does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse. Remanufactured parts (REMAN) have a 6-month warranty.
Stock parts have a 14-day right of return. Return by Posti or Matkahuolto. Include the sender’s contact details and a copy of the invoice, and pack the part carefully. Send the arrival notice to info@finmasiko.fi so the parcel is collected. Open the return form.
Parts that have to be ordered are service products and do not have a consumer cancellation right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (chapter 6, section 16, subsection 3). If you notice you ordered the wrong part, contact us immediately. We can try to cancel, but there may be a cost.
Larger orders and invoice accounts are agreed with customer service. An e-invoice works, or a PDF invoice by email.
The current rates are on the freight price list.
We follow the order and sales terms approved by the Finnish automotive consumer board (AUNE). The webshop terms of use and delivery terms are on the shop side. Those pages are in Finnish.
