Three ways to get the part moving.

The most common service parts and accessories are in the webshop catalogue. If a part is not in the webshop, ask spare-parts sales.
- WhatsApp

Tell us this
Make and model, the serial number if it is on the plate, the part name or number.
Collection in Kuopio
You can collect from the shop and pay by debit or credit card. Open weekdays 8:00–16:00.

About ordering.
Stock leaves the same day by Posti or Matkahuolto if the order is in before 15:00. Check the balance in the webshop, or call sales.
A part that has to be ordered usually takes about 1–2 weeks. Confirm the time, because an urgent part can sometimes be added to an incoming air shipment.
An invoice surcharge is €3.25 (VAT 0%). Larger batches and an invoice account are agreed with customer service. E-invoice is available. E-invoice address 003725624995, operator Maventa, intermediary ID 003721291126. A PDF invoice can be sent to info@finmasiko.fi.
The current rates are on the freight price list. We ship with Posti, Matkahuolto, Kaukokiito and DB Schenker.
